At OTS, we primarily offer digital services, including pre-job entry tests, job interviews, computer courses & programs, and scholarship test services. However, in cases where physical materials such as study guides, certificates, or other resources are provided, this Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for their delivery.
All test registrations, course enrollments, and scholarship applications are processed online. No physical shipment is required. Upon successful registration, candidates will receive confirmation emails containing relevant details, such as test schedules, login credentials, and study materials (if applicable).
If any physical items (such as study guides, certificates, or printed materials) are included in a package, they will be shipped through a trusted courier service. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout or in the service description. Any customs duties or additional taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a tracking number is available, it will be shared with the recipient via email. OTS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
In case of lost or damaged shipments, customers must notify OTS within 7 days of the expected delivery date by contacting helpdesk@joinots.org. We will either reissue the item (if applicable) or provide a partial/full refund, based on the situation.
