All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to helpdesk@joinots.org with the relevant transaction details. Any service fees, transaction charges, or administrative costs incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.
OTS is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, technical failures, or any other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling options rather than refunds.
